Rules of Play

The lottery will take place from November 8, 2024 to December 19, 2024 online at www.food4kids5050.ca.

All tickets will only be sold to people who are 18 years of age or older. Tickets prices are: 5 tickets for $10, 20 tickets for $25, 100 tickets for $50 and 500 tickets for $100

Tickets will be sold using an electronic raffle system supplied by Canadian Bank Note Company, Ltd. All draws will take place at 1 Ted Rogers Way, Toronto, ON M4Y 3B7 at 9:15 a.m.

To be eligible for each draw, ticket purchases must be made no later than 9 a.m. on the date of each draw. All ticket purchases are eligible for early bird and grand prize draws.

Draws Dates and Prizes are as follows:

• Two (2) tickets for Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour, Saturday, November 23 at the Rogers Centre in Toronto. Tickets are Section 126 Row 7 Seats 6 and 7. Valued at $1,000 CDN. The draw is to take place Friday November 22 at 9:15 a.m.
• A signed William Nylander Toronto Maple Leafs jersey and two (2) tickets to a 2024/2025 Toronto Maple Leafs game. Winner to provide 3 top choices of games they would like to attend. Tickets are Upper Bowl at Scotiabank Arena Valued at $763 CDN and
• A signed George Springer Toronto Blue Jays jersey and two (2) tickets to a 2025 Toronto Blue Jays game. Winner to provide 3 top choices of games they would like to attend. Tickets are Lower Bowl of Rogers Centre Valued at $836 CDN.
• Two draws are to take place on Friday December 6 at 9:15am. One (1) winner receives the Maple Leafs prize package. One (1) winner received the Blue Jays prize package.
• Two (2) tickets to see Coldplay on July 8 at Rogers Stadium in Toronto. The exact seats in the stadium are TBC. Valued at $1,000 CDN. Draw to take place Friday December 13, 2024 at 9:15 a.m.
• The 50/50 draw will take place on Thursday December 19, 2024 at 9:15 a.m.

After purchasing, patrons will be emailed a receipt with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Number Issuing System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.

The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw.

The winning number will be announced on websites, social media channels and in print on site.The winner will also be contacted directly by a representative from Food4Kids Ontario by phone and/or email. The winner may claim their prize by contacting Food4Kids Ontario by phone at 905-570-4606 or email at ontario@food4kids.ca. The ticket may then be brought to 4391 Harvester Rd. Unit #3, Burlington, Ontario at an agreed upon time for ticket verification.

The winner will then be awarded the prize amount by cheque. Winners must have the original winning ticket and no copies. All payments will be made by cheque.

The winning ticket holder has 180 days in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.

The winner must provide photo identification and verify their phone number and address in order to claim their prize.

Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize which is, at minimum, 50% of the total sales for the draw. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.

In the event a winner does not come forward, the winning ticket will kept and held for 6 months. After that time period has elapsed the prize will be donated back to Food4Kids Ontario with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

Ticket purchasing eligibility:

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase.
• Must be located in the Province of Ontario at time of purchase.
• Must not be one of the following
• An employee of the Alcohol Gaming Commission of Ontario;
• Food4Kids Ontario staff and Board of Directors;
• Food4Kids Chapters (Hamilton, Halton, Niagara, Mississauga, Muskoka, Toronto) staff and Board of Directors;
• An employee of the supplier of the BUMP 50/50 System who are involved with the development and/or support of the 50/50 System;
• o Members of the same household of each of the above.

Note: Prior to the purchase of a ticket online, you will be required to verify your eligibility and that the information is complete and accurate.
